เรื่อง: พบการแอบอ้างข้อมูลสยาม เอไอ คอร์เปอเรชั่น จํากัด และแบรนด์ NAVER เพื่อหลอกลวงประชาชน

บริษัท สยาม เอไอ คอร์เปอเรชั่น จํากัด ขอแจ้งให้ประชาชนทราบว่า ขณะนี้มีบุคคลหรือกลุ่มบุคคลซึ่งกระทำการโดยทุจริตในลักษณะเป็นมิจฉาชีพแอบอ้างข้อมูลบริษัทฯ สร้างข้อมูลเท็จ และปลอมแปลงเอกสาร เพื่อนําไปใช้หลอกลวงประชาชนผ่านทางเว็บไซต์และแอปพลิเคชันออนไลน์ต่าง ๆ โดยแอบอ้างความเกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัท ฯ และ NAVER Shopping ประเทศเกาหลีใต้ โดยมิได้รับความยินยอมหรืออนุญาตจากบริษัท ฯ แต่อย่างใด บริษัท ฯ จึงออกประกาศประกาศเตือนภัยฉบับนี้เพื่อแจ้งเตือนประชาชนและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่ายให้ทราบถึงพฤติการณ์อันเป็นการกระทำความผิดกฎหมายดังกล่าว และเพื่อปฏิเสธความเกี่ยวข้องของบริษัทฯ กับการกระทำทุจริตทั้งปวงอย่างเป็นทางการ

พฤติการณ์แห่งการกระทำความผิดของมิจฉาชีพ ได้แก่

  1. สร้างเอกสารปลอม “หนังสือหนังสือรับรองนิติบุคคล หรือหนังสือรับรอง DBD” อันเป็นเอกสารเท็จ เพื่อแสดงให้ผู้อื่นเชื่อว่าตนมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัท ฯ เพื่อสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือ และนําไปใช้ หลอกลวง โดยกระทำการ ดังนี้
    • การแอบอ้างข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผู้บริหารของบริษัท สยาม เอไอ คอร์เปอเรชั่น จำกัด
    • การแอบอ้างข้อมูลทะเบียนนิติบุคคลของบริษัท สยาม เอไอ คอร์เปอเรชั่น จำกัด
    • การแอบอ้างตัวตนและข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ Choi Soo-Yeon
    • การแอบอ้างความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจกับ NAVER Shopping แห่งประเทศเกาหลีใต้อย่างไม่มีมูลความจริง
  1. การเปิดดำเนินการเว็บไซต์เพื่อฉ้อโกง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหลอกลวงให้ประชาชนโอนเงินหรือเข้าทำธุรกรรมทางการเงิน หรือการเติมเงิน หรือสำภารกิจซื้อสินค้า ซึ่งตรวจพบเว็บไซต์อันพึงสงสัย ได้แก่
    • URL เว็บไซต์ที่ตรวจพบ hxxps://www.navermalls.top

บริษัทฯ ขอประกาศอย่างชัดแจ้งและยืนยันว่า บริษัท สยาม เอไอ คอร์เปอเรชั่น จำกัด ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ไม่ได้อนุญาต และไม่ได้มอบหมายให้บุคคลหรือนิติบุคคลใดดำเนินการในนามของบริษัท ฯ ผ่านเว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน หรือแพลตฟอร์ม หรือช่องทางใด ซึ่งไม่ใช่ช่องทางอย่างเป็นทางการของบริษัท ฯ

ขณะนี้บริษัท ฯ อยู่ระหว่างดําเนินการแจ้งความร้องทุกข์กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และประสานงานกับ NAVER Korea และดําเนินการปิดเว็บไซต์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมทั้งดําเนินคดีตามกฎหมายกับผู้กระทําความผิดอย่างถึงที่สุด

บริษัท ฯ ขอปฏิเสธความรับผิดชอบในความเสียหายทั้งปวงที่เกิดขึ้นหรืออาจเกิดขึ้นแก่ประชาชน อันเนื่องมาจากการหลงเชื่อหรือเข้าทำธุรกรรมกับบุคคลหรือเว็บไซต์ที่แอบอ้างชื่อและข้อมูลของบริษัท ฯ โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ทั้งนี้ ความเสียหายใดที่เกิดขึ้นจากการกระทำของบุคคลภายนอกดังกล่าวมิใช่ความรับผิดของบริษัท ฯ แต่อย่างใดทั้งสิ้น

Siam AI Corporation Co., Ltd. wishes to inform the public that there is currently an individual or group of individuals acting fraudulently by impersonating company information, fabricating false data, and forging documents to deceive the public through various websites and online applications. They falsely claim an affiliation with the company and NAVER Shopping, South Korea, without any consent or authorization from the company whatsoever. Therefore, the company is issuing this warning to alert the public and all related parties about these illegal activities and to officially deny any association with all such fraudulent acts.

The illegal behaviors of these scammers include:

  1. Creating forged documents, such as a “Juristic Person Certificate or DBD Certificate,” which are false, to make others believe they are affiliated with the company in order to build credibility and use it for deception. This includes:

    • Impersonating information regarding the executives of Siam AI Corporation Co., Ltd.

    • Impersonating the corporate registration information of Siam AI Corporation Co., Ltd.

    • Impersonating the identity and personal information of Ms. Choi Soo-Yeon.

    • Falsely claiming a business relationship with NAVER Shopping of South Korea without any factual basis.

  2. Operating fraudulent websites with the intent to deceive the public into transferring money, making financial transactions, topping up accounts, or completing product purchasing missions. The suspicious website detected is:

The company explicitly announces and confirms that Siam AI Corporation Co., Ltd. has no involvement with, has not authorized, and has not assigned any individual or corporate entity to operate on behalf of the company through any website, application, platform, or channel that is not an official channel of the company.

Currently, the company is in the process of filing a formal complaint with the relevant authorities, coordinating with NAVER Korea, taking steps to shut down the associated websites, and pursuing legal action against the perpetrators to the fullest extent of the law.
